PowerSchool is the District's SIS (Student Information System), which is used by parents and guardians to complete registration forms, view grades, report cards and attendance. It is important for parents and guardians to keep their information up to date in Powerschool. To get started, you will need to create your PowerSchool account. Head to our PowerSchool page to create your account. Help for Powerschool can be found here
Once you create your account, you can use the PowerSchool app on your mobile device, however it will not allow you to see report cards. The district code for the app is SCCG.
Blocksi is one of the methods we use to filter content on Chromebooks when using a school issued Google account. This includes a personal Chromebook when using a school account. It is also used by teachers to monitor student activity in the classroom.
My School Bucks makes school payments easy for parents. Quickly and securely add money to your student's school meal account using your credit card, debit card or electronic check. You can also view recent cafeteria purchases and check current meal account balances for each student.
It is also used to make other payments to the district such as school fees, athletic fees, etc.
Google Classroom is the district's LMS (Learning Management System) that is used primarily in the lower grades. It is a suite of online tools that allows teachers to set assignments, have work submitted by students, to mark, and to return graded papers.
Schoology is the district's LMS that is used primarily in the upper grades. It too is a suite of online tools that allows teachers to set assignments, have work submitted by students, to mark, and to return graded papers.
As a parent or guardian, you can create a Schoology account here. You will need a code to create an account, please contact your student's teacher or the school office.
Clever automates the secure transfer of student rosters to thrid party applications. On most sites, Clever will securly log the student in without the student needing a username or password.
To access sites linked via Clever, it is recommended to create a new profile in Chrome for your students school account following the directions here. Once your student is logged in , they can click on the Home button or click the Clever link above to access it.
Final Forms is used for athletic management. Forms must be completed in order for your student to participate in sport at Fairbanks.
