Fairbanks is preparing to meet the evolving needs in our community, region, and world. Fairbanks Local Schools is a community that thrives on tradition, community values, and meeting the needs of all students. In January of 2020, we began a process of aligning our district mission, vision, and strategic design. This Community-Driven process included meetings, surveys, and feedback resulting in recommendations made to the Fairbanks Local Schools Board of Education.
